  • In very quiet neighborhood--700 sq .foot, one bedroom with Queen bed, large dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Large walk in closet. Big bath tub with shower and one sink bathroom, size 6 foot by 15 feet. Full kitchen with all new amenities. Large countertop with barstools. Living room with overstuffed pull out queen sofa bed. Fireplace and tall 12 foot ceilings through out entire guesthouse. Big new Weber BBQ for your use. Lovely quiet private back porch with table and chairs for relaxing and outdoor dining pleasure. The guesthouse is a separate building from the main house.
