Waterfront home with your own Private inground pool. 4 bedroom 2 Bath, Sleeps. 12 in a beautiful tranquil setting. Hang by the Tiki bar, BBQ with family. Bring your own water toys!! Fish & set crab traps or just Sit on the bench on the floating dock and watch the sunset over the lagoon. Large pool and outdoor space. Semi Smart house. Stocked kitchen, linens, towels & some starter toiletries supplied. 8 LBI beach passes included! No parties, must be over 25 to book. No large groups of teens/under rental age. 12 guests maximum or 15 guests total with additional 5th bedroom add on option (contact for pricing). No pet (due to owners fatal allergies)

Must agree to house rules when booking. Life preserver must be worn 0n guests that cannot swim.No parties.No smoking,No pets.No more then 12 guests.
Children should never be left unattended. No pets allowed. Noise ordinance 9pm. Please ask for full house rules and I will send in message thread.
Violation of any house rules will risk loss of your security deposit and add extra charges. House must be left as found, clean and trash removed.
