Great stay especially for first timers at AC

Firstly, the host is very sweet. She was very responsive and kind when I first inquired about questions. The house is so spacious and clean, I really have no complaints. I love how close it is to the boardwalk and beach, I was able to my celebrate my birthday with friends which also visiting the casino and bars around. Highly would recommend and would love to stay again with family.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

This is a very nice, spacious, clean, well equipped and well-furnished property within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Do note that one of the 5 bedrooms that's right next to the kitchen is tiny and not particularly comfortable, so I would treat this house more as a 4-bedroom, especially for a longer stay. Although it is Atlantic City, it is right across the street from the next town over, and the neighborhood is quite nice. Just a few minutes drive south (away from Atlantic City) there are lots of restaurant, bars and ice cream parlors in a nice walkable setting. We really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints whatsoever. Do keep in mind that there are no beach facilities other than a public bathroom in that area so I would recommend bringing food/water/snacks to the beach with you.

We had a great time staying here. The jitney stop right across the street was incredibly convenient to get to the casinos and food right down the street into Ventnor as well. The house was as advertised and we had no complaints.

Katie was very helpful and everything was just so easy. The property is just far enough away from the hustle of the casinos, but with the Jitney stop across the house on the opposite side, very easy to access them! Enjoyed everything about our stay. Thanks!

Great Home Base For Bachelor Party

This place was perfect for our bachelor party. We are in our early 30s. We ended up using this $5/person party bus a lot. Close enough to casinos, clubs, etc. We spent most of our time while home during the day on back deck, which was great.

Family weekend

Our family visited Atlantic City for the first time and we couldn't have had a better time. The house was great and had tons of charm! Big enough for our group of 20 and super convenient to the beach and boardwalk. We had a minor issue and the property owner took care of it so quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Beds were super comfy, extra pillows were available and they even provided shampoo, body wash and toilet paper! So many times when we travel the first thing to do is go shopping for all the basics, not here, just unload your car and start having fun. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

There were some issues that we found with the house. The master bathroom handle to flush was broken, the light in the kitchen did not work, and there was no sheets/blankets to use the pullout couches in the living room. Other than that, we enjoyed the property. The host was very easy to communicate with!

Great 4th of July

18 of my family members from ages 13 to 85 stayed here and we had a fantastic time. The 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk was so easy and convenient. It was an unbelievably hot week and the air conditioning worked great. Due to the heat we did spend the majority of our time at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach. We ate all of our meals at the house. The dining room was large enough and the outside deck was good too. The kitchen is brand new with a gas stovetop. All appliances worked well. My 85 year old father couldn't make it to the beach but loved hanging out on the front porch reading books and doing crossword puzzles with the windows open. We had a lot of single adults with us who weren't too keen on sharing beds so just be aware that the beds are queens and kings so more for couples/families. The owner was very communicative before we arrived. We did not have any problems when we were there so there was no reason to contact the owner during our stay. Added bonus if you're there for the 4th of July, the fireworks were the best we have ever seen.

Lindskov Family Reunion

This property is advertised to accommodate up to 20 people, we had 18. One was a baby in a pack and play which was provided but had no sheet for the mattress. We found bedding for the beds were fine but had to search for pillows. There were towels for everyone and we brought our own beach towels. There were not enough blankets and we needed them because the weather was chilly at night. They provided two large air mattresses which held two children each. Still one had to sleep on beach towels the first night before we could get to the store. It seems that if you advertise for up to 20, there should be enough bedding to accommodate that many. Most of the upstairs bedroom doors wouldn't latch. The kitchen was adequate except for it needs a small table to work on. Not enough counters. Bathrooms were good and there was always enough hot water. We used the deck and the dinning room for meals and had a good time while we were there.

Good stay for large group

This place was good for a large group of adults. Lots of beds and pillows. A/C and internet worked well. Parking for 4 cars. For families no beach towels or toys were provided so need to bring that stuff. Communication with Katie (manger/owner) was slow. We wanted to use the washing machine for a load of laundry but it is in a locked closet and Katie never answered our text asking for the code. I don't know why the machine needs to be locked away.

My wife and I six children six grandchildren and spouses 17 of us under one roof for a week. it was a beautiful house, beautiful set up, an amazing vacation …. everything went extremely well plenty a room for cooking, eating, relaxing, and playing games….. very close to the beach with easy access to everything we needed I would stay here again

Great place for a family friendly trip!

This was a great place for our group of kids and adults. Walking distance to beach, great bedroom setup, comfy living room, and in front of jitney stop. Host was very responsive. Outdoor shower setup was great and helped avoid dragging in the sand.

This beach house is excellent for family of sixteen like us. The first day we strolled along the board walk and the kids spent the whole night in the Pier. We used Jitney going and back to beach house. Second day we spent it at the beach. The house is huge and clean. Parking is perfect for three vans and one car.

Amazing stay!

Katie’s home was amazing! So perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms are super clean, and bathrooms are stocked with necessary toiletries.
