Welcome to Saddlenotch Villa #9! This modern mountain-lake retreat has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Enjoy unobstructed lake and mountain ridgeline views while listening to the rushing waters of Big Branch Creek. On the main floor, the living, dining and kitchen areas are housed under a cathedral ceiling with contrasting wooden beams. This home is not pet friendly.

The living room features a leather sofa and chair, lounge chairs and ottomans around a gas fireplace with ceramic FireStones and a 55-inch Apple TV. Open to the living room and kitchen, the dining area has a large wooden table for 6-7 people and 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Large French doors open to the covered deck with outdoor dining for up to 8 and a sectional sofa, chairs and coffee table for lounging. The Master bedroom has a King memory foam mattress, Roku TV, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks.
Downstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: The “Regatta” room has a Queen memory foam mattress, Roku TV, en suite bath and French doors opening to the lower deck with lake and mountain views. The light and airy “Botanical” room has a Queen hybrid mattress, Roku TV, and French doors out to the lower deck. It shares a full hall bath with the “Forest” room, which has 2 Full beds (hybrid and memory foam mattresses) and 2 closets. The bonus theater room has a 65-inch Apple TV, large sectional sleeper sofa with Queen memory foam mattress, and a kids' teepee tent perfect for reading or planning the next day's adventures.

The home also features an EV Charging Station via a NEMA 14-50 (50amp) universal outlet for a $50 unlocking fee.
