Great place to take a family trip. Very clean and well provisioned cabin with easy access to Cashiers and Lake Toxaway. I’ll definitely book this cabin again.
We loved the house, and the area. Lots to do, hiking, relaxing enjoying the backyard. The house was warm, clean, and had everything we need it. Thank you for sharing your place…
We were drawn to the home by how nice it looked in the photos, and it did not disappoint. Everything about the home was perfect for our needs and very clean. We would definitely recommend to others.
Exactly the vacation I needed. Beautiful home, beautifully decorated. Exactly like the pictures. If you’re looking for a country get away, one with nature & lots of space, you gotta stay here.
This cabin is beautifully situated on a very quiet street, tucked away from the road. Everything from the awesome back yard to the inside of the perfectly decorated, clean home is wonderful! It was perfect for our family of 6 to cook, relax, play games, enjoy fires inside and out and just be together. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need .. they thought of everything !! The location was super close to Sapphire ski and tubing, and a short drive to Cashiers, Highlands and Brevard. Ingles is also super close. Tons of hiking and waterfalls in the area. Can’t say enough good about it and the management company is amazing and responsive .
My husband and I haven been traveling to Highlands for the past 20+ years. However this time around we decided to stay in Sapphire to be closer to Cashiers and Brevard. The property we stayed in was beyond our expectations. The outside property was gorgeous. The string lights and campfire made the back yard cozy at night. We made s’mores and did not get bit up by bugs which is a plus! The balcony off the kitchen with table and chairs was very relaxing in the mornings as we ate breakfast and got ready for the day. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to click on this property as it was as real gem find. We appreciate the owners allowing us to enjoy their beautiful home. We definitely will be back!
This house was wonderful! Very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, cleaning supplies, & nice cookware. This is the first time we've stayed at a house that provided an ice machine when the ice maker in the refrigerator wasnt working, i very much appreciated that. The property was beautiful & fun to explore. Bill was easy to get in touch with. We had no issues during the stay & would definitely come here again!
We've stayed in several houses within the Sapphire Valley and Whisper Lake area but truly found this property to be almost magical. The grounds are kept very nice and sit adjacent to a creek that provides a calming background when sitting on the porch or on a lawn chair while the birds are singing. The house was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described! Bill was very good to work with and we look forward to returning!
Check-in was seemless, the residence was fully EQUIPED with kitchen supplies, grill & accessories, the bedding was heavenly, Our granddaughter got to play in the stream in the back year she thought it was magical! It made our time truly enjoyable!
This is a fantastic property! Our grandchildren loved the creek and the bridge! The beds are very comfortable. The home is stocked with things I haven’t found before, ie Q tips, plenty of dishwasher soap, dish towels, plastic bags, foil, spices and plenty of garbage bags among a few items. The ice maker was great… especially if you like Sonic ice. We did encounter a couple of bears. We had built a fire in the awesome fire pit to roast hot dogs and we heard a lot of rustling in the bushes. It was dark. The kids thought it was fun and didn’t mind we had to grill the hot dogs and make smores in the oven. We visited waterfalls and hiked. It is easy to get to places. We’ve stayed in Bryson City and Highlands in the past. Sapphire is a little more secluded but it’s still easy to get to places. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Very affordable also. The rating asked me about skiing… it wouldn’t let me skip it. (I gave it a 5 anyway cause we had a fantastic time!)
