120 Slippery Rock Drive at Bear Lake Reserve

Mountain cottage at 120 Slippery Rock combines modern comfort with mountain living to create the perfect vacation getaway. On the main floor you'll find a spacious living room that features a magnificent floor to ceiling fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen TV. Kitchen features granite countertops, Full size appliances and all the cookware and dishware to enjoy a home cooked meal in the adjacent dining room. Also on this level is the Master Suite complete with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a guest room with a queen bed and also a guest room with 2 twin beds with additional full bathroom.
There is a screened in porch off the living room with fireplace, comfortable furniture and a mini pool table. (Mini pool table is offered for guests use, but any damage is subject to a $500 damage fee) There is a outdoor BBQ grill on side porch, and a firepit out back on ground level. (Firewood NOT provided)
