"The room was reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Several basic items missing from room - plates, cutlery, tea towel, extra blankets - even though there was a microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. The bed also skated on the Lino floor each time I sat on it, which was a bit hazardous. The wheels on the beds need to sit in small coaster-cups. Apart from that, I was quite comfortable. "

Communication with Hotels.com wasn’t good and I ended up having to call the property while standing outside and emailing ID documents to get access to the property. It’s never happened on previous bookings and I wasn’t impressed "
