Feel welcome from front desk staff, especially from Leony, she was 100% served me with heart. She helped me different things everyday I stayed there. She is a treasure of your hotel. Also a server in the restaurant named Budti, very nice man and excellent service too. I’ll stay here again.

The Breakfast offered at this stay was amazing and the overall stay was great, the only thing I could say, was a few of the utility switches were broken, one of them being for the jetted tub which was also dirty.

Everything thing was great and the staff was very friendly. The only thing i can recommend is for the facility replace the mattress every couple of years. The sheets were clean but the mattress was a bit stained. Other than that my stay was great.

I spent 2 nights at the best western villa in Kuta. The staff were lovely & so accommodating, bedroom was comfortable for 1, and the pool area is beautiful and was very quiet during my stay. I ate all 3 meals at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious- the complementary breakfast had plenty of food options! Where my room was located it backed onto an alley way so there was some road noise at night (but nothing that was too terrible). I would recommend this hotel to others & really enjoyed my stay :)

The food at the buffet gave us food poisoning which was horrific. The staff were lovely but overall the facility needs some love. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, the shower flooded the entire bathroom, and the door to our room was broken. The hotel is fine, but needs some love!

Decent hotel if you need one near the airport. The pool is really nice and the staff were SO nice and helpful! They let us leave our luggage there after check out for quite some time since we had to go sort out SIM cards. My only complaint is that the bathroom felt dirty and there were stains on the walls as if a bird had gotten in and pooped on the walls in spots. Beds were comfy though and a/c was decent.

Awful Hotel. The rooms were stinky and unclean. Didn't have any windows and were full of dampness. We were given an option of two rooms and both rooms had faulty locks. The only thing good was breakfast. The staff was fine too. But the rooms were really awful. Would never choose to stay again.
