Clean rooms and it’s also spacious.

Everyone at the Hotel Britomart were fabulous! The hotel is in a terrific location, is super clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant & bar were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere!! We would highly recommend The Hotel Britomart!!

I thought this hotel was fantastic. The room is lovely and clean and new. Hotel staff were wonderful. My only note is that for a 5 star hotel to have the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel attached to the wall in large bottles isn't good enough. That is more of a 4 star thing. It just seems tacky.

The hotel it self is great however I didn't think the fact that the hotel bar closed at 5pm was very good for a 5 star hotel. This should be open for guests. Good location to walk to Middlemore Hospital. Very clean and tidy room. Staff really helpful.
