"Wonderful place! The staff is great and the room was the perfect size with wonderful amenities! There are plenty of food options around and it’s about a 5 minute walk from the tram station! Each room also has its own AC where some hotels in Japan only have central AC it was nice to have personal control."

"Did not eat breakfast. Very convent location with shopping food and castle nearby within walking distance."

"Everything in the hotel room was great, however it was too warm as they turned off the air conditioning."
