Room is clean. Breakfast is good. Location is very convenient with a big department store and a long shopping arcade just opposite of the road, and with tram lines stops a few steps away. Buses also a short walk.

A beautiful place for an overnight stay - clean, new and the futon bedding was very comfortable. The public bath was quiet and peaceful and we also enjoyed the private bath in our room. We had dinner in our room which was delicious.
