"I originally booked a room with king bed. I needed 2 queen but was not available and the cost was more, the staff said it’s not guaranteed however they will see on the day of check in. When it was check in they gave me room with 2 queen beds, it had a very nice kitchenette and nicely renovated. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants etc"

"The hotel was clean and in a great location for anything you're doing downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only real complaint was that the thermostat said it was set to 20 C for my comfort, but my room was definitely at 23 C and the note beside it said to only adjust it 2 degrees either way. So I set it to 18 C and I don't feel like there was any change in temp, so I had to open the window all night and even then the room was quite hot."

"Good room but no internet. Room 231 - Perhaps this room is too far from the main building to have proper wifi. I called tech support twice. Each time the support person was not able to resolve but said they would work on it and call back. Neither agent did. I had 5 nights here without in room wifi. Used the main lobby wifi instead (which worked great) but inconvenient. The room was large. 2 queen beds (firm mattress), 1 couch, a full kitchen (with limited plates/utensils). Shower - took 2-3 mins to get hot water. Pool and hot tub in main building looked nice. Breakfast each day, nice light selection of goods. Ample free parking available. The room was quiet which was my main requirement so overall I'm still happy with my stay and would stay again. Do NOT recommend for business travellers. Best suited for families. "

"Family suite was very tight to get around and had very little counter space in the kitchen for storing/prepping snacks. Room and hotel were clean and staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and included. Location was great for what we needed. "
