"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

"The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It is highly convenient as there is a supermarket right next to the accommodation that stays open until midnight (12 AM). The only minor downsides were that no mouthwash cups were provided, and one of the rooms didn't have enough space to fully open a suitcase. Aside from that, we were satisfied with everything. "Breakfast was traditional Japanese faire, which was delicious and changes every day. They had 3 family onsens that you could use with your children. That was quite fun for the children. The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. All in all, a wonderful experience"

"露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"

"喜歡民宿包棟的可以來住。要注意要自駕才方便。車位很大，幾乎可以停三台，如果加上橫向甚至可以停四台。對於一個最多住約12人的民宿非常OK。不過比較適合家庭，朋友的話相對稍微不適合一點，因為浴池很大，就是設計給一次兩~三人進去的。"
