"Stayed here in Kumamoto and loved it — rooms were super comfortable and clean, staff were really kind, and the location right above the station made everything easy. Only small thing, parking signage was a little confusing to find at first, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again! 熊本滞在で泊まりましたが、すごく良かったです。お部屋は 快適で清潔感があり、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。駅の真上という立地で移動もラクでした。強いて言うなら駐車場の案内が少し分かりにくかったですが、大した問題ではないです。また泊まりたいです!"

"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una báscula para pesar maletas .Tuvimos que usar un parking con convenio ya que el coche era más alto que el techo(cuidado), el encargado del parking estaba preocupado por si nos perdiamos. La habitación era conveniente, más grande que lo normal del país. Los baños estaban algo viejos, oxido alrededor de sanitarios. En la planta 3 había lavandería, al llegar olía bastante a tabaco."

"The Still hotel is perfectly located in Ozo. Less than a minute walk to the Higo Ozy train station. You’ll find plenty of taxis and buses there as well. The hotel itself is relatively new, and is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helps with whatever you need. The rooms are great, spacious bed, wet room and toilet room with bidet. Fresh linens, towels and pijamas every day even if you don’t have room service. A neat bag will be placed on your door including a bottle of water. The restaurant has plenty of food and tasty coffee. I only ate breakfast there, but the dinner service menu looks tasty. It’s missing a fitness center, but there are plenty of places to run and exercise in the area."
