"I would rate it excellent except that we had a frightening experience with a guest. We were leaving early with 2 small children to catch the 8:00 ferry. Unfortunately we woke the guest while we were exiting down the hallway and he opened his door and screamed expletives at us and our small children. Then repeated it as we left the hallway. The little boys were terrified, as were we. There were no staff on at that time, 7:00 am. Therefore no security."

"This hotel was a good value. For the price, it was better than I expected. Clean room and facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff which I appreciated very much. I needed to add a cot and had to ask for extra towels for a family member who decided to stay with us in the hotel and the staff were very helpful. I used to the laundry facility and the staff helped me with getting the change I needed and got laundry pods. It was clean. The breakfast was great! My kids enjoyed it as well. I...
