"Very impressed with the property and was exactly as described, situated in a quiet neighbourhood.The pool and sun terrace were great for winding down and cooling down after long hot day's visiting the many local attractions. The property was within walking distance of a couple of great tavernas/restaurants. Also, close to small kiosk shops for buying those last minute essentials. However, I would highly recommend that any guests have their own transport.The host, Jeremy was always available via WhatsApp and will always answer any queries very quickly.We will definitely use this property again if it's available next year."

"Hi, we stayed in this Villa for two weeks in July 2025 as we we're getting married nearby. The Villa is in a very affluent area and is one of the nicest areas in Cyprus. The Villa sits on a hillside and is about 25 minutes drive from downtown Paphos and 15 minutes from Coral Bay. The Villa is well equipped and in generally really good condition with great size rooms. We had a really relaxing time and the only minor points are that there are signs of ageing that are relatively minor such as panels coming loose, old pans, pool grout, aircon units etc but nothing that takes anything away from the overall condition of the property. We would fully recommend to anybody and the local restauraunts are amazing. You will need a car to access the apartment - but Kamares Village is well worth the drive and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be returning."

"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away. I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :) Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :) "

"Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. We had a fabulous private dining experience with them , it was so good the first time we booked a second night 🙂 Otto’s hot sauce is a must to try if you like things a little spicy. The whole property was spotlessly clean and had a great atmosphere. The views are stunning. A great place to relax and recharge.Although only 20 mins into the main town of Paphos if you want a busier time. You must try the Letymvou tavern for great home cooked food too. Thank you"
