The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and along with the location, that is the biggest plus for this hotel.
The hotel is very clean and kudos to the entire staff.
Every afternoon they bring small cookies to the room complimentary.
Breakfast is excellent, varied. Excellent internet throughout the resort!
These are the things that the hotel justifies 5*.
As for the bad experience, there are also a lot of things I have to mention.
Dinner in terms of quality and quantity does not deserve a hotel like this. Very simple. Almost every day everything is the same except for three or four main dishes that change. I have been in many 5* hotels and the dinner here is at a very low level.
We booked the Royal Villa with a private pool because we wanted our own pool and privacy. It's a waste of money. The villa has no privacy, the pool is not heated, it is very cold (like all other outdoor pools) and we could not swim. We stayed end of april, beginning of May.You have no privacy, because all the rooms around you, as well as other guests and staff who pass by the villa, look directly at you.
The air conditioning in the villa was noisy , some noise was there non-stop, even the air condition is off, there was still the annoying noise, and I couldn't sleep.We were guests of this hotel for seven nights. I informed the staff about it four times, after the fourth time they took action, but in the end of the day they couldn't do enything.
