Darling tiny place.
A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.

Amazing sunsets
The beach is steps away from front door, and had the most beautiful sunsets each night. Dogs are allowed at the beach until second weekend in June (although it was a restricted area because birds were nesting). It was pefect!

Wild rose on corn hill is a gem
My wife and I had a wonderful time and Lynda the manager answered all my questions you’re right across the street from Corn Hill beach and it can’t get any better than that, just grab a cocktail and watch those sunsets

Simple cozy living at the beach
This cozy cottage was everything we needed for a week at the beach! All the essentials in a tiny house, perfect for my little family and dog. Would have been a little tight on a rainy day, but we had perfect weather so we stayed outside!

Live Simply at Wild Rose
Cozy & Rustic beach cottage that charms one to return to a simpler authentic cape beach experience Falling asleep to ocean rhythms, rising with morning sun to beach walk, spectacular sunsets, beach grasses, cat o nine tails ,swimming bay waters as tides ebb and flow. Literally steps to Corn Hill beach
We’ve always loved Corn Hill beach so we’re thrilled to stay here as you cannot get any closer. Our family of four (2 adults 1 toddler 1 I infant enjoyed our stay. Pros - the location is absolutely amazing, the little cluster of other cottages created a fun and neighborly feel, Linda was helpful at keeping us up to date as Covid changes emerged and the beds were super comfy. Cons - the cottage while cute felt a little neglected—-the windows didn’t properly open and close, some of the furniture and fans were not all in good repair, and the overall it was not terribly clean.

Definitely quiet. Definitely cozy. Definitely not handicap accessible. Definitely not queen beds.
We made the best of it as we were faced with A number of things that were not what they were represented to be in the ad. Sweet and eclectic. Internet and cable worked as did the appliances. So, if that location works for you, the price works for you and you can sleep on a full size mattress then go for it. It’s a decent place

Apologies, Would have been happy to try to accommodate you if I had been given more information. Unfortunately, this is an older Cape Cod cottage not easily renovated for all needs. We had 1 queen bed and 1 double. Now, we've changed it to 2 queen beds thanks to your suggestions. I hope you still had a good experience in Truro. Thank you very much. Absolutely wonderful week!
Just returning home from such a wonderful, wonderful week at the wild rose. The location, you just can’t beat. The beach is directly across the street which made it so easy for us to do beach trips with the kids and come back easily for nap time. So many great nights watching the sun set. The cottage is so charming, no frills and exactly what we envisioned for a cape beach cottage get away.

Spectacular !!!
Right on the BEST beach! Lovely cozy little cottage with fireplace. 2 bedrooms plus a queen size futon. 10 miles from P-Town. Need I say more? I’ve stayed here for the past 5 years and absolutely love the cottage and its proximity to the beach. Linda is so accomadating with a personality plus!

A fun week in the "Doll House"
Known locally as The Doll House this cottage offers everything in a small package. The one thing it doesn't have is air conditioning, don't let that scare you off, with the ocean breeze and supplied fans it was fine. So if you like the Outer Cape give it a try, it's a short walk to the bay side beach or a quick drive or bike ride to the ocean if some surf's your thing. Enjoy!

Charming--- romantic---best place we have stayed in cape cod
We were charmed by the fire place, the out door shower, and roses painted on the ceiling. We were able to have a bonfire at Corn Hill beach. I've never seen such a sublime sunset. Best place we have stayed on cape cod!!!!!!!!!!

Great location
Awesome location across the street from the beach. The owner Linda was super helpful and friendly. If you are tall the doorways are a bit small. Beautiful sunsets!

Little Piece of Heaven
This is a cozy cottage directly across from Corn Hill Beach. It truly is a magical place. I was able to heal my mind and soul from the loss of my husband 9 months ago. I witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets during my stay. You can never predict the weather in Spring on Cape Cod but it was amazing. Temps reached 90 and was able to enjoy the bayside ocean.
