External games room/summer house. Lawned front garden. Raised, pebbled rear garden with small raised herb/salad bed, sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. There are 8 steps in the garden.. This semi-detached holiday cottage, attached to the owners’ home and accessed by an unmade lane, is nestled deep within pretty Cornish countryside, minutes from the beaches of Perranporth and Holywell Bay. There are golf courses, cycle hire and surf lessons all with easy reach. Truro is a short drive and well worth a visit. St Ives, Falmouth, Newquay and Lands End are easily accessible. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
