"The house is nice. Very close to the road which wasn’t represented in the picture when booking. Hot tub stopped working on Sat, one of two amenities, outside on the property. Need new towels. Many with rips and holes. Cindy & Victor are very nice folks. Enjoyed our conversations with them when they stopped by a couple times."

"We had a wonderful stay at Fat Dragon. The Dry Creek Valley location is amazing, with incredible views, just 5min drive from Healdsburg and Lake Sonoma. The cottage is fantastic with an large back porch, expansive views, "

"Super clean and very well supplied on kitchen supplies, towels, indoor games, etc. Would be great to have outdoor games like corn hole, ring toss, considering the amazing green area on the outside. My dogs loved the area, and besides paying attention on the possibility of encounter some snakes they run freely. When we where not home, they stayed inside the house, they don't offer a full fenced yard, but my dogs are fully trained indoors dogs.The location was perfect for the event we went to attend. The care taker Brian is very helpful and did a very nice walk around the property up our arrival.Unfortunately the internet was VERY bad. Maybe because the events during the weekend, but we couldn't make to work well.Many Vineyard close, walk distance, from the property. Very quiet."

"We had an incredible stay at this Healdsburg property and can’t recommend it highly enough. My wife and I traveled with our two dogs, and it truly felt like the perfect getaway for all of us.The views were absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were hoping for. One of the biggest highlights was the fully fenced yard, which made it so easy to relax and let the dogs roam safely. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s genuinely dog-friendly, but this one exceeded expectations.We also loved exploring the area. The biking nearby was fantastic, and Healdsburg has such an amazing food scene—we had some memorable meals during our stay.Sally is an exceptional host. She’s thought of everything—seriously. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook, and there are so many thoughtful extras like toiletries and other convenience items that made the stay feel effortless and comfortable.Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back."

"Great location in the wine country. The home is well appointed for cooking in and enjoying the beautiful scenery behind the home. While outside you can hear the road noise but it’s minimal and still a lovely home."

"The property was very spacious and accommodated all 8 of us very nicely. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner all together in one spot. Brian was extremely helpful and very responsive especially when it came to the hot tub and its malfunctions. He also called in the gardeners for a quick clean given that it has rained substantially and there was lots of debris outside and mud. I would like point out a few deficiencies primarily in the kitchen area. There was insufficient china, namely serving dishes, coffee cups plates etc. for our group which numbered 8 -10."
