This beautiful Truckee gem recently remodeled in 2021 offers cozy rustic modern amenities less than 10 minutes to Northstar and 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe. Enjoy luxury linens and beautiful panorama views off private decks w/BBQ, wireless internet, full cable and smart TV’s in every room. Featuring 2 King Size and 2 double beds our home has supplemental sleeping arrangements that include a queen size airbed & extra-large bunk bed cots (Sleeps 6). Pets welcome w/ $150 pet fee. The space
Our home is a 1700 sqft single-level design tucked away in the Prosser Lake Estates neighborhood. The outside of the home is done in cedar planked wood giving it the allure of a large cabin or chalet. There are two large decks and patio space, one off of the living room and the other off of the master bedroom. The interior design is in rustic-modern motifs utilizing bear and elk patterns. Though there are cabin-like essences throughout there is no doubt that this space is truly a modern luxury home. We also have the space professionally cleaned. Truckee short term license Certificate 009696.
Guest access
The large door lower garage is accessible by guests and we ask that the entrance to the home be the back stairs due to weather obscuring the northern access door. The stairs are 7 steps to a midway landing then 7 more steps to the porch.
Other things to note
Our price at first seems higher than some of the other listings in our area due to the fact that we have our cleaning fees, property management fees, and Local City Occupancy Tax already included.
