Year-round, guests can book incredible activities in the area including those at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort and the Tahoe Donner Association clubhouse. With incredible facilities for winter and summer, two casual restaurants and lots of amenities just minutes away from the property, no matter when you stay at Quittin’ Time Chalet, you can find everything you need without having to venture away from the peaceful neighborhood!

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- Property has security camera in front of the house looking onto the driveway

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
