INSIDE THE HOME
On the main floor, you’ll find a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen that seamlessly flow into one another. The living room is a large, inviting space, the spacious chef’s kitchen is an incredible space to work and the adjacent dining area is the perfect spot for casual family meals and games or elegant meals and entertaining. The main floor patio is a large private space where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, grill on the BBQ, and soak up the sun in the warmer months. The primary bedroom is an enormous oasis from the rest of the house and features a king bed, floor-to-ceiling arched windows, a large walk-in closet, and an enormous ensuite with an oversized double vanity, deep Jacuzzi soaker tub, and walk-in shower. On the upper floor, you'll find a bright sitting room with lots of windows and sliding doors to the upper-floor patio, and the two upper-floor bedroom suites are relaxing and peaceful spaces furnished with queen-sized beds and have large private en-suite bathrooms.

LOCATION + AMENITIES
Located on the west side of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, and downtown Truckee is an easy drive away.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- Property has security cameras; both looking over the driveway and front of the house.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association. Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
