    You will have all of the great Tahoe Donner amenities at your fingertips! In the winter, you can ski or snowboard at the popular Tahoe Donner Ski Resort (under two miles away). Spend a gorgeous afternoon at Donner Lake (10 miles away) fishing and taking in the views around you. There are plenty of dining options nearby or take a quick drive downtown to try a taste of the local eateries.



    2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions

    STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

    Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)

    May 23-25 (Memorial Day)

    July 1-5 (July 4th)

    Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)

    Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

The place was roomy, clean, with a great location. The carpets and decor are tired and need an update. But it served out purposes. The location and service were great. It has a great deck for outdoor socializing. You can walk to the rec center. Master bedroom bed was comfy. Other beds less so.
