"My room was spacious, clean, and updated, it also had a very comfortable bed. Dove brand toiletries in the bathroom. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest but not a big deal.
There are tons of cameras inside and on the outside watching the parking lot. I was able to leave my cargo rack with my camping equipment and bike outside without worry.
The hotel is in a quiet area but within minutes of restaurants and stores.
Standard continental breakfast, nothing fancy. "
"This hotel is under major renovation. Did not know that until we arrived. It was too late to find somewhere else when we got there. There was a $100 deposit, which I thought was pretty steep considering the condition of the place. The deposit was charged to our credit card and never refunded. Needless to say, we’ll never stay here again even if they ever get their renovations complete."
"When we pulled up it was exactly what we were hoping for. This unit specifically is special since so far there is no developement on one side so you feel more in the woods which was so fun! Also the private cove was so cozy for our littles so get used to riding small boats on the water. The only downside and something to consider is that the whole 2nd day morning through night there was a bachelorette party across the small cove. They were blaring music and doing kareoke the whole time so it took away from the setting and atmosphere immensly. Felt like we were back in the city and working industry jobs my wife and I do most weekends. Host was great and the place is cozy and not tooo fancy has a down to earth feel, but maybe with Insbrook in general it is kinda the luck of the draw. If we didn't have the loud "concert" and tipsy singing it would have been the calm re-treat we were hoping for. The place itself and setup was so fun. We ended up finding other calm areas throughout. We might book again, but it's hard knowing you are rolling the dice with other rentals."

8/10 Good
"We were the first guests for breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was good. Unfortunately, prior guests had unplugged the television and our less-than-tech-saavy selves couldn't figure out how to plug it in for the longest time! We were on the first level. At approximately 3:30 a.m., we were awakened by the guests on the level above us. I believe they may have had a WWE-style match going on in their room. Overall, our stay was amazing. The beds were firm, which is my preference. My daughter with Down syndrome slept well, which is our only concern. My children and husband took advantage of the pool. A manager did have to come oust some underage children who were not being supervised and were quite rowdy, especially around my daughter with disabilities. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend others to enjoy the hotel."
"Check in was very pleasant and quick (despite our late hour of arrival). Appreciated the free bottle of water and options available in the market. My room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom / amenities. The TV was fantastic (especially helpful that, after a long and stressful day of travel, I didn't have to work through 1500 different menus to get to shows that I like). Breakfast buffet was plentiful and had lots of options (I do not have dietary restrictions, so that may not apply to all guests since the options did lean heavy toward dairy and animal proteins as well as breads). Well located in a busy part of the area near major interstate. Only issue I had was noise from the aforementioned interstate. (Room 207 facing highway)."
