"The room is so pretty! Beds were very comfy and air conditioner worked really good. We liked having soap/shampoo/conditioner/body was in the containers on the wall. Would have liked more hooks to hang clothing and at least a couple of drawers instead of the all open cubbies. Staff was very friendly, breakfast looked good but we had breakfast at the event we were attending so did not eat at the hotel."

"This was a great place to spend some time with our kids and their friends before they head off to college! Plenty of space for all 8 of us. The house was as described. It was very clean and just in overall good shape. Not one bug found inside the house the whole time we were there. It was very pleasant having meals on the deck overlooking the pond. Lots of wildlife! Definitely go slow and look out for the deer. They are not afraid to cross the road in front of your car. Owners were easy to get ahold of when we needed to. Had a small issue with the kitchen sink and they had it fixed that day. Easy check in and check out. There are provided life jackets, kayaks, paddle board, and a water raft for your use. It is a small pond and only one of the kids kayaked around it. When they wanted to swim they went down to the very close (even walkable) beach that had a swim platform. We also went to the big pool, which was great! If you go on a Monday or Tuesday you can bring your own drinks and snacks too!Highly recommend!! You won’t regret it!"

"We had a wonderful family weekend in Innsbrook. We were there for a wedding so we really just needed a place to sleep. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect allowing us plenty of space to get ready for our events. The kitchen is also great! Lots of room and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The only part of this rental experience that I didn’t like was the need to put a 3000 deposit down at the time of booking (1 year ahead) or pay for insurance. I understand the concern for potential damage with large groups, but we were a tame group of 6 who just slept there. Paying the deposit closer to the time of the trip makes more sense to me. Overall, we enjoyed the house and appreciated staying here for our family event. Thanks!"

"For a cheaper hotel room for the area the place was pretty nice. I’m sure why people are leaving reviews about not getting their $1.50 back, if that’s the case they probably shouldn’t be traveling. The front desk person was upfront with me about having visitors and pets and none of that was a problem. Great place if you plan on just needing a place to stay for the night or don’t expect all the amenities as higher end hotels. Would stay again!"
