"I reserved room with 2 queen size beds, which Expedia confirmed but received King room with sleeping sofa. Sleeping sofa is not as comfortable as regular bed.
No apologies were issued. No explanation before we were sent to the room. When called the front desk we were told to wait 5 minutes, someone is working on it. After 20 minutes of not hearing back, I called. No resolution was issued.
Next morning I asked to be moved to a new room, which we were.
