Located less than one mile off M123 before Trout Lake and one mile from the town, this spacious and comfortable home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each room is tastefully decorated, fully furnished with bedding and towels and will comfortably sleep up to 11 people. Very family-friendly property and Wi-Fi! Fully stocked kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you wish or warm up leftovers from area restaurants. The attached single garage is available for use to store snowmobiles, ATVs or your vehicle. The home is air conditioned and has a whole house generator should the area have a power outage. This home is located on 40 acres with no close neighbors so it provides a quiet, wooded setting with ample parking for cars or snowmobile/ATV trailers.

Only 32 miles northwest of the Mackinac Bridge, Trout Lake boasts several smaller fishing lakes as well as big Trout Lake where water sports and great fishing are plenty. There are literally hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails located 1/2 mile from the front door, as well as thousands of acres of ATV trails in the summer. There are mining quarries to visit in either direction within 10 miles. Tahquamenon Falls is a must see and located 29 miles to the north. Other attractions less than an hour from Trout Lake: Oswald's Bear Ranch, Garlyn Zoo, Soo Locks Tours, Sault Ste. Marie Canada, Mackinac Island and St. Ignace. Pictured Rocks is 95 miles north and many, many more!

Great spot for visiting the Falls and surrounding areas

Worked great for our trip, convenient to the bridge, falls and surrounding areas. Had all the basics and a small grocery nearby for milk, eggs etc. Check in and check out was simple and easy.

Place was nice and clean and perfect to stay while snowmobiling. Heated garage was a big plus. Property manager worked with us when we ended up getting there a little early. Would stay again.

central location

The house is exactly like the photos. 6 of us stayed, and there was plenty of room. The house is clean and has everything you need to have a comfortable visit. We went sightseeing during the day and mainly spent the evenings at the house. If we come back to Michigan, we would stay again. Thanks, Julie! We had a great vacation!

This home was amazing!

I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy home surrounded by nature! This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. 10 out of 10 and we hope to come back yearly!

Wonderful!

The central location to everything we wanted to do was perfect! Extremely clean place and lots of room. Property managers were easy to get ahold of if any problems. Plenty of sleeping space for our family, grill was nice and outside fire ring was nice. Overall I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the neighborhood again!

This location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for our trip! We had plenty of space for six people. The mosquitos we're out in full force so we could enjoy the outside bonfire, but it's a great area!

Great central location to attractions!

House was just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. It was a great location to access all the touristy attractions in the UP (white fish point, the falls and pictured rocks) Bonus: the small gas station just up the road has excellent ice cream! We really enjoyed the home and location.

Great Location!

Came to have a getaway with my family. We have 3 small children and the central location was great for exploring all that the UP has to offer! Property was clean, well stocked, and the owners were very friendly. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!

LOVE IT!!

Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location for trail riding or seeing all the tourist attractions in this area. Great opportunities for food and beverages short drive away. This was our third year in a row staying at this rental unit. Our host is very responsive to any questions we may have. Staying here again next year once again...LOVE IT!!

Great location to enjoy many of the UP's experiences

We chose this spot because of how close it was to many different areas in the UP. It was perfect for our family. Off the grid, peaceful and quiet. We loved coming home to enjoy a fire or play in the yard after a day of adventure. It was a little farther to get to Pictured Rocks but that was expected and close Tahquamenon Falls, Mackinaw and St. Ignace.

Excellent location to tour Eastern UP area

The home was very clean and taken care of as well as the yard. Plenty of room for our party of 9. We loved that we could all eat together at the huge dining table. The kitchen is well appointed. We loved sitting out by the firepit after a day of adventure, but definintly bring your mosquito spray, they were fierce. I would reccommend this home.

This house was a good location close to the snowmobile trails. House was clean lots of towels and paper products. They even provide samples of shampoo and conditioner. We all looked at the listing, there was not a crockpot listed so we all brought one and they had two there. We will be back next winter.

We used this place as a home-base during a weekend family reunion nearby. (Our second booking) Everything we needed was there. It was a quiet place to retreat to after a day of activity. Comfortable and homey. The hosts are fabulous, reply quickly to questions, and are very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Clean and close to trails

Great amenities and close to trails for sxs riding. A/C and generator where a great bonus as it was warmer out and we had some storms come through. House had everything you need for cooking and cleaning. We’ll be back again.
