Loved our stay here.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hi Recommend, this Hotel, Super comfortable beds, One street down from the Espanade close to restaurants and supermarket. A great touch with the self making coffee facilities, and comfortable community room.

Very convenient location

The location of CrystalBrook Riley was everything.Perfectly positioned, close proximity to Cairn’s city, shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets.

Stayed 6 nights in an Ocean View Suite - our room was very clean, a really good size and had fantastic views from the balcony. Great location - an easy 5-10 walk down the Esplanade into the centre of Cairns with lots of restaurants on the way. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value considering the size of the room and location. Would definitely stay again when we're back in Cairns

Staff was really friendly and cooperative. Specially mark the best guy in shanri la. Will definitely visit again.

As always Hilton brand delivers

The hotel is right in the centre of the Cairns restaurant and tourist area. Apartments are well-appointed and clean, and staff are polite and responsive. You are remembered when returning for a second visit and nothing is too much trouble when making booking or unusual check-in and check-out. The pool is a very good temperature, well-sized and the right depth for casual swimming and relaxing. This hotel has become my preferred place to stay in Cairns, whether travelling through for work or...

I like that it is close to everything on the esplanade and friendly staff. The roof top bar / Restaurant is so relaxing and is better than others I have stayed in.

Great stay in a 3 bedroom apartment, plenty of room for the family

We enjoyed our short stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Comfortable & clean rooms. Has everything you need. Would stay again.

For less than I paid at the Shangri-La, we got a larger room, larger seaview balcony, spabath with sea view, full kitchen & washing machine, and staff were very friendly and down-to-earth. Excellent location on the esplanade right opposite the lagoon (and on top of the night markets), but also quiet and private. This is definitely where I'd stay next time!

Hotel stay was very comfortable and staff were excellent and the location was convenient for transportion to all our activities for the stay and also dining and shopping.

Wonderful location for a Cairns stay. Have been to Cairns several times and stayed at various hotels and found The Benson to be in the best location, easy to walk to dining options and to the marina or Cairns Central etc.

The hilton hotel is very clean and beautifully scented from the moment you went through to the lobby/room. I had hot water issues as in there wasn’t any and they did take awhile to fix issue. I was told in the end to leave shower on for 10 minutes and the hot water should be through. What an awful amount of water to waste.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. Great location, right in the heart with easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, lagoon, casino, pier, aquarium etc.

I wanted a relatively low cost, comfortable room within walking distance to all areas in Cairns CBD. I tend to self cater, so having basics in the room for this was good; also 5 min walk from shopping centre. The experience catered well for my needs.
