Unit did not have any soap at the bathroom sink to wash your hands. Lighting was rather dim including over the sink with one bulb burned out. Breakfast didn’t begin till 9:00 am. Unit was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable but squeaked a lot. Overall the stay was acceptable.

Great location, good price, beds are not the best and the heat/air cycles very loudly all night regardless of setting. Quiet area and great parks access.

When we got there, about 1pm, no one was there. They could have explained that when, as they suggested, we call the previous day to check our reservation?! There was a sign on the door stating that they “will be back at 3pm. The cabin was a cozy (re: small) and older. Could use some updating. The footboard was falling off one bed, the other bed made such horrible noises we could hardly sleep. The bathroom had a heater but it wouldn’t come on. The heater/air conditioning unit (which was not installed correctly - you could see outside around the sides of the unit) was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv. Speaking of the tv, they had only about 6 channels!! I was told their cable (?!?! who uses cable any longer?!?) company was just dropped. It’s easy enough to get satellite installed very quickly.

The beds squeaked and groaned from old box springs and framing. Mattresses past their prime. As we were coming in late in the evenings didn’t see the dirt and dust bunnies under the Dresser and beds. Room needs a heavy clean. Towels were changed out daily but that’s it. Never saw a soul

The cabin itself was fine, but there were a couple of maintenance issues: 1. Outdoor cabin light was out. 2. TV sound was nearly inaudible and no way to turn it up. 3. Old used coffee pod left inthe coffee maker. Also it was nice that breakfast was included, but it didn’t begin until 8:30,which made it too late for us to take advantage of

This property is I need of some maintenance and improvements. Beds were terrible, rooms could have been cleaner. Lights, toilet seats, heating and cooling all need to be worked on. Difficult to get anyone to co e and check us in. Location, parking were fine.

They are cute little cabins that serve the purpose quite well. The cabin was very hot upon arrival but easier to cool quickly I suppose than to heat quickly.

We were unable to check in. The hotel where we were supposed to check in was closed. Called the after hours number and the voice mail was full. Went to the actual cabins and tried another number, found a third number on Expedia and still not able to get an answer! Don't book here!

They were so great to work with and helped make our trip a wonderful experience. We stayed there over Thanksgiving weekend. There were dining options for Thanksgiving dinner. The town has a great grocery store. Overall, this was a great experience.

When I arrived at around 7 p.m., I was told to check in, so I put an envelope in front of the door. There's a key inside. When I came into the room, the bathroom door couldn't open well, and the shower booth was broken, so water flowed to the bathroom floor. The dead crickets were overflowing with water in the shower booth, the uncleaned images, and the bathroom floor was overflowing with water. When I tried to get an e-mail and the phone in the envelope, only a message came out and later I couldn't record a message, so I couldn't take a shower, and I was going to sleep. The air conditioner and heater machine buzzed in a few minutes, and the bathroom was so loud that I woke up in the middle of sleeping. I'm so tired. I can't sleep even if I try to sleep. I'm organizing this e-mail I'm writing because I see this email. This Thanksgiving and wedding anniversary trip is the worst today. The current time is around 2:30 a.m. Make sure to do a refun. Thank you.

As an overlanding nomad, I’m happy to know Bryce Valley Lodging is there as a place to clean up and reset. Dining, fuel, a well supplied grocery store and a hardware store are all within walking distance. Exactly what I needed during my journey through south central Utah. Secure parking for my 4X4 and small trailer right next to the cabin was a big plus.

From the pictures I saw online, the cabins looked like they were in a giant field. They were not, but along the highway. The floors were dirty and dusty. the towels were very stiff.

Do not stay here! This place needs a complete overhaul. U are staying in a gravel parking lot on a busy road. The front doors all looked trashed. We had a large Budweiser can with cigarette butts on the front porch. The breakfast is ok in the motel across the street which is owned by the same people but the floor is filthy. The room interior was relatively clean but the furniture was falling apart. I would suggest camping instead of staying here.

Mighty 5 trip
Great location for for visiting Bryce canyon especially if you want to hike the tropic trail into the park,also about 2 and a half hours from Capitol reef. Restaurants and store across the street. only complaint is some of the furniture and railings were loose or coming apart was going to mention this at checkout but just missed the person at the front desk so just dropped off key.

Giant hair balls under cabinet. Beds were broken and very uncomfortable. Beds hit the walls every time you turned over. We lost lighting early morning thought that it was going to start a fire. Very dirty. Will never stay here again 😡

Cabin had the very worst mattress ever I've attempted to sleep on. Broken nightstand, had to pull bed out to plug lamp in. No control or pull chain for fan. Light on fan on. Entrance door looked as if someone had broken in and once in had no dead bolt or other security device. Had to move chair in front of door to at least offer a warning if someone came in. All in all I've stayed in better. Would not recommend this property.

The cabins were right next to the road. Nothing like the pictures. Beds were just okay. The room wasn't very clean. Wasn't vacuumed, dirt and dust on the floor. Towels were very stiff. I wouldn't recommend staying here

Worth it for money
Nice value for the cabin. Checkin was good - could call to checkin late and just get keys to cabin with map (from the hotel). Hotel was very accomodating but hard to get in touch with as voice mail was full on landline (no texting) phone so had to keep calling. On the positive once got through very accomodating to check in late, change reservation, etc. Worth it for money
