Unit Marina situated on 2nd floor of a building provided with porter,elevator,parking outside the residence,wi fi,in a resort (entrance through Ananea Yaghting Resort). The apartment is cool facing north not heated by sun ideal place for 2 adults with 1-2 children, who want to spend holidays in quite area close to beach (5min. walk) and town centre,(10 min walk). Equipped with 1 double bed+2 single beds, kitchenette,tv,bathroom with cabin shower,bidet,hairdryer and terrace with table and chairs.

Fantastic hosts

Pasquale and Vivian were wonderful hosts who went out of their way assist us and make us feel comfortable. The property is in a lovely historic area of Tropea. If we return to Tropea we would definitely reach out to them again. Fantastico!!!!

La casa di Pasquale è posizionata nel pieno centro di Tropea, in un edificio storico. E' dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto comoda per chi voglia evitare l'uso dell'automobile. Pasquale è una persona molto disponibile ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.

UNA VACANZA TRA CULTURA E MARE

Premetto che preferisco l'affitto di una casa al soggiorno in albergo quando scelgo una vacanza e per questo specifico caso davvero non posso che essere più che soddisfatto per questa mia scelta , Già dalla conferma della prenotazione ho avuto una ottima impressione di Pasquale il proprietario di questo immobile , e del resto così è stato , mai infatti ho avuto un trattamento tanto premuroso da parte di un locatario , e ragazzi questo fa davvero la differenza quando ci si avventura nel dedalo degli affitti delle case vacanza . Pasquale da subito mi ha dato preziosi suggerimenti sul miglior modo per raggiungere Tropea , ed ha avuto molta pazienza ad aspettarmi nonostante il mio ritardo In merito all'immobile oltre ad essere esattamente quello che immaginavo e che cercavo posso confermare che corrisponde esattamente a quanto riportato in foto ed in descrizione .il Marilyn è davvero un gioiello incastonato in un prezioso palazzo d'epoca uno dei più belli di Tropea se non il più bello e credetemi che non lo dico per adulazione ma per cognizione di causa giacchè Tropea me la sono girata tutta a piedi perdendomi piacevolmente nei suoi vicoli ombrosi e contorti con scatto fotografico a raffica . L'appartamento è praticamente nel centro storico a pochi passi dal Duomo vicinissimo alla scalinata che conduce al mare ,inserito in un contesto di pregio architettonico d'epoca tanto che il solo entrarvi da un senso estraniante ,gli spazi interni sono perfettamente vivibili , io ero solo ma la capienza dello stesso era sufficiente ad ospitare almeno cinque persone , fresco senza necessità di aria condizionata silenzioso sebbene nel centro della movida tropeana e particolare per la disposizione oltrechè per i particolari ben curati insomma un oasi da vivere in una vacanza divisa tra cultura e mare Ma detto questo senza presunzione di convincimento del lettore quello che più mi preme sottolineare è davvero la gentilezza e la premura con cui sono stato accolto , tanto da non sentirmi un conduttore temporaneo ma un ospite atteso . Per questo non posso che ringraziare Pasquale . Concludo infine con un consiglio ,non mancate di prenotarvi presso il Don Rocco un ristorante proprio adiacente all'immobile in oggetto in cui ho mangiato dei primi piatti improvvisati dallo chef che non hanno pari e non perdetevi il tartufo di Pizzo al cioccolato e le ottime granite al Cafè de Paris proprio sulla piazza principale di Tropea .
