"We loved our stay at Hibiscus with our 1yr old son. The lovely team gave us a travel cot, toys for our son and the animals (chickens, ducks, dog) were a hit with him! It walkable (even shorter drive with easy parking) to the beach, easy walk to town. We only wished it had a pool and it would have been even better but that’s our personal preference not an issue with the property. Would highly recommend staying here. Staff are so lovely"

"The Room itself was very nice and spacious. However, we had to park the car on the road which we dare not move incase there was no space when we return. We also expected a small outside area which the photos suggest came with the room. Tropea itself was hugely disappointing. "

"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"Maria and his husband, Joseph, welcomed us in the first day. They are very polite, helpful und reliable. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near to the sandy beach. "The location was amazing and the building was beautiful. Pasquale was an extremely gracious host. Very good with communication and very informative and kind. It’s nothing fancy inside the apartment but the bathroom had been redone which was nice. You will spend your days at the beach here anyways! You are a block from a set of stairs leading down to the beach which is very convenient. "

"Fabulous property, we were allowed early check in and late check out (probably because out of season) but that made all the difference for us. Great to have a good sized balcony. Comfy beds, good shower. Stunning location, fabulous town, amazing views, crystal clear beaches, would highly recommend!"

"The apartment is exactly like the pictures depict. We had a little trouble finding the apartment, however, that was the only issue we ever had. Roberto, our go to person immediately responded to any questions. The view of Stromboli at sunset is spectacular!! "This boutique hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly check in was quick and we had private secured parking for our car on the premises. The hotel is stunning with an amazing pool and deck chairs allocated to your room number. Breakfast was scrumptious all cooked by Nonna and the service was wonderful. I totally recommend it one of the best hotels I stayed at . "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and secure with keypad to enter the hotel after hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the front desk. Breakfast had plenty of options and The hotel was conveniently located within a 2 minute walk from the main town and under 10 minute walk down to the main beach! Parking garage on site with keypad access. Highly recommend "
