Nothing but 5 star for this hotel. Service and staff were amazing. The bed was so comfy and pool facilities fabulous. Breakfast had everything you needed from the full buffet. Attention to detail of this hotel was a WOW WOW WOW . I Will definitely be back next year

The room was spacious and the owners were fantastic. Very friendly and extremely helpful. It was also a very special place that was built over 100 years ago and where the owners grew up. It was also a great location avoiding a lot of traffic when we went to the various tourist sites. I strongly recommend Nikis house to anyone visiting Cyprus.

Great value hotel not far from the heart of Limassol. Good breakfast and free parking. The room decor looks as though it has not changed since the 70's but it did not bother me. I would definitely stay here again. If you just want a basic room, no frills, this place is for you.
