Very nice apartment, as pictured. When we checked in, the light fixture over the mirror in the bathroom was out, I sent an email about it and under an hour later, the maintenance people came to fix it! Very impressed by that. The beds were nice and comfy, the area was really nice and the check in went good. I was in contact with Vander before and during our stay here, and the response time was really good, they answered quick and helped me along the way. I can really recommend this apartment hotel for anyone that want an apartment instead of a hotel room in Trondheim!

Great spacious clean apartment in a nice area . Only downside is you don't know the exact address at the time of booking just the area. The building was on a main round about . Our apartment faced the road which was very noisy with traffic and late night party goers, making sleeping difficult.

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apartment was looking. The location around the apartment was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appartment, everything was clean and tidy and size of appartment was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!

Very good value with helpful staff. All queries were answered before check-in and the lovely person in the office helped me find the self check-in. (The key pick up is outside the office, on the right hand side of the office door, using the special code and link. The office is located right next to the 1C apartments.) Superior apartments are a nice size with a sofa and kitchen area as well as the bedroom. We loved that there was a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine with a well equipped kitchen. There were washing capsules and spare toilet rolls, but no dishwasher tablets - luckily we had brought our own. As others have said, the garage is a short walk away. (There are a lot of public garages in the area, but as we didn’t use them I cannot comment on the pricing nor how easy the are to use.) I would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a nice accommodations clean and comfortable. Great location close to downtown and all the attractions. Lacked some of the amenities normally available. Bath soap, tissues, More towels for the kitchen or paper towels, only one dishwasher tab just as examples. The main issue was the temperature in the bedroom and bathroom. 30DegC when we arrived and despite opening window to cool with 12,DegC air lowest we could get it was 25 degC.
