"This was an interesting place to stay. Some great things, and some not as great. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable. There is beautiful nature nearby. It's a 5 minute walk to a grocery store. The host was responsive. The heated bathroom floor and strong shower were fantastic. There were good blackout shades in the bedrooms. On the less positive side, it's a bit far from Trondheim Sentrum. The place has a weird layout, with the livingroom and dining room up a very steep...

"Great place to relax on the deck couch and watch the beautiful fjord or catch the hourly bus into Trondheim (do not miss the magnificent medieval cathedral). Cozy, well equipped cabin was perfect for the two of us. Sofa bed was comfortable - at 73 and 68 years old the loft would have been too much (though a couple of our grandchildren would have loved it). Michael is a good host - attending to us when needed but not interrupting our peaceful seclusion. Highly recommended."
