Excellent 10 days

The property is new and located a short walk from restaurants and Main Street. The beach out front is perfect for boarding. I was alone and in one of the smaller apartments- clean, comfortable and AC a blessing. I had access to everything necessary for cooking with a full central kitchen. I could see our family using the entire compound. Plenty of space, two pools and separate kitchen in the large house. On-site support staff ensure all are taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely location

Great property, clean, basic but has what is needed. If full capacity it would be very tight and sound travels quite a bit. Pool and views awesome!

Affordable getaway with extras

This is my 4th time in Troncones (3rd place). Very nice. Right on the T! The property owner is well known around town (and the world). Very communicative. The place is simple, clean, and just as described. Very secured feeling. There's an option to park behind a gate (which I think most people do on the first night) but I found it easier to park right on the street. Everything is close by. View from our room (Madrona) was very nice. The other guests were great and fun to talk to. The room was magically cleaned the moment I left for the day. The pool was clean and a fun way to spend the day. The private beach/umbrella option was great. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of bottled water. I texted the owner for an obscure request (a styrofoam cooler) that appeared in minutes. Water was very hot in the shower after 3 min or so. AC was easy to operate and worked wonderfully. Nice little balcony. I had an issue with the WiFi extender that was fixed in seconds by the staff. A carpentry crew came in to install shelves in all of the bathrooms and asked permission first (no issues). Firm but comfy bed. Right on the beach. No bugs in the room. Just a bedroom/bathroom with extra space but perfect for two and a half people.
