"Fantastic holiday! The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the views from the superior rooms were spectacular! Main pick-up spot for the majority of tours, so you can roll out of bed and see the fjords (or roll right back into bed after a late-night watching the northern lights). Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault anything. Thank you!"

"The hotel did not accommodate us, despite our (non-prepaid) booking. There is a hospitality staff strike, and we were sent to a sister hotel across the street, which hotel also could not accommodate us, but the skeleton staff there were very helpful in directing us to nearby accommodation, where we were able to book anew."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel during our trip to Norway. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying everything Norway has to offer. The hotel made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we were really pleased with our experience overall. It was a lovely place to come back to after a busy day of exploring. "Everything is almost perfect except for the garage which is not easily to be located and the entrance to the garage is extremely narrow. Not suitable for guest who drive a MPV or SUV. Only medium or small sedan car would be ideal to manoeuvre the tight space inside the carpark especially when exiting. Definitely need another person to guide the driver out of the garage."
