I've stayed here twice and it's a lovely place in Trois-Rivières by the river in the old town. Would be great if they could offer breakfast before 8 for business travelers.

OuiGo is a luxurious little boutique hotel. The service is wonderful, the decor inspiring. I often drive between Fredericton and Toronto and Trois Rivieres is midpoint between the two. Having a nights respite at this special spot is a tonic.

Nice boutique hotel in a perfect location downtown Trois-Rivières. Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed. I ate breakfast twice at the adjoining restaurant Le Bistroquet. Both times the food was delicious and service fast and friendly. Loads of restaurants and bars walking distance. The only inconvenience is the off-site parking which is not controlled. Hotel staff does go check and ticket those who park without authorisation, but they cannot be there all the time and I had a situation where my parking spot was taken by someone parking illegally. Not a big inconvenience as they were able to quickly assign me a new spot. That said, my overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back.

The hotel is a cute boutique hotel (old bank) in the city center so very convienient close to restaurants and bar but on a main road so the rooms are not quite especially if facing the road. I was unlucky because there was a fire incident so all guest was rushed out of the building early morning and luckily I packed all my stuff and go out so I didn't go back to the hotel after the incident. The parking was further away but very close, convienient due to the fire incident because I just dropped my baggage in the car and left the scene . I made a request to the hotel to not charge me for the night, which they did, due to the incident so now I am waiting to hear back so I do not have to ask for a charge back from my credit card. I hope I get some news fast from the hotel.

Nice hotel, but our room did not look anything like the pictures on the website. Price is way too high for the room we had. You can hear people walking outside your door, let alone when they talk. A/C was shut off, so the room was too hot at 22deg for sleeping and there was no way to put it on. They were closed for the winter.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's an easy walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great room that was clean and had a large bathroom with lots of hooks and a heater. Trois Rivieres is a really interesting and cool city. Wish we'd spent longer there.
