"The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room my daughter and I were assigned was on the second floor. I'm not sure if there was an elevator available to us, but the concierge immediately offered to help take our bags to our room. He was very attentive. He recognized us throughout our visit, the other guests with whom we arrived, as well as their room numbers off the top of his head. Excellent service!!! The room was very clean. The fridge had a small puddle at the bottom (probably from not being used recently) but no odor whatsoever. The concierge sent someone to the room while we went out for the evening to thoroughly clean the fridge. We were extremely satisfied with this. The Handlebar in the bathtub was broken upon over arrival but that was inconsequential for our needs so was acceptable. We did inform the concierge though. The AC worked great. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Overall the room was perfect. The breakfast was yummy (typical hotel breakfast fare). The pool and surrounding area was clean and was a very comfortable setting to unwind at the end of a long day. The pool area has its own (very clean) men and women bathrooms in the same room as the pool, so were easily accessible. I'm extremely pleased and will definitely stay here again!! "

"This was an excellent property. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast provided was very nice with fresh fruits, cereals, and a very nice hot bar. Very nicely situated close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent, attentive and courteous. "We didnt need anything more than a place to sleep. We were in town for an outside party/band . Needed a place to sleep. This was nice and quiet. Never even heard the storm roll in that night. "
