"Three beautifully landscaped, clean and well maintained pools set amongst rainforest. Fabulous buffet breakfast served in the restaurant. Delicious meals and happy hour 4pm to 5pm by the main pool. A great resort for family and friends."

"The room was well equipped and the location was great (right by the beach and close to the city centre but a bit quieter and close to the airport). The staff were extremely helpful from checking my in to planning excursions, to ordering taxis, and check out. Being able to access the commercial gym nearby was a nice touch to have access to a fully equipped gym. The same day laundry service was helpful as well. The pool was great to enjoy out in the sun. The room was clean overall but some of the amenities (ex. Shower curtain) had some wear and tear from seemingly having been used for a while. Overall everything worked well though and we really enjoyed our stay! Would book again!"

"Staff were lovely - it has a 24/7 reception team. Our room had an updated modern bathroom but the remaining part of the room was still very dated and unrefurbished. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable.One of the elevators was down at the time of our stay, but the other was working. It is a great location, beach was right out the front and you can walk to cainrs city along the waterfront in under 20mins."

"We stayed for two nights in August, we were there for a Great Barrier Reef tour, so didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself or using the amenities. We got an uber from the airport, there were taxis and Ubers available quite readily. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly on arrival, a real credit to the hotel. We arrive at around 10am and the room was ready and they gave us the key, they said they upgraded us, but I couldn’t tell what the difference was? The room size maybe? We were ground floor by the pool, and people could see in the doors from their loungers. You can also hire ‘beach towels’ ($5) but I would argue the size of them was questionable for that! The room was very clean and large but felt dated. It suited what we needed it for however, but if we were there longer I think that we would have been disappointed. Very close to the beach, a selection of restaurants and a corner shop for essentials, the staff told us how to get to the shops via bus, so we got some supplies. There is a tv in the room, plus some kitchen equipment which was helpful, we only used the fridge however. I did have to move the temperature of that to cold when we arrived, as someone had it running on its highest, which was close to warm, so check that when you arrive. Would we stay again - yes, it was value for money, but only if it were for a couple of days. The hotel is well located, the beach is beautiful and the grounds seemed well maintained."

"This was the perfect place to stay and relax with an awesome view of Trinity Bay. I slept most nights with sliding glass door open so I could hear the gentle waves crashing on the shore. The host was amazing and offered insights into things to do while local and traveling. The ocean forecast that was provided helped me decide on which day to go visit the Great Barrier Reef. Highly recommend this place and area for anyone who wants to be near everything but just far enough away to enjoy quiet nights and the stars."
