You cannot beat the location or view - the property is beautiful; the hosts reached out prior to our stay to communicate an issue with the propane - would mean no hot water / no cooking the first night. They offered to put us up at another property, but given the heat/ac still worked as did the microwave - we opted to stay. Could not ask for better hosts or hospitality. Property grounds are beautiful; the small cottage has everything we needed --- including a stunning view! We are already looking to plan our next trip."

"We love this place, totally private and secret. John is the perfect host. The couple minutes it takes from town to the SBR… is amazing all by itself. The small secret beach was a bit slippery and muddy close to the bottom but we made it down. The deck is unbelievable and the room was really clean and nice. I would stay again."

"My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay in this cute place. It was very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed being able to hear the ocean at night with the window open. The beach is a longer walk from the property but the location is a great jump off point for many of the local beaches and forest access…. We did not get in until late and were very touched that the host had left lights on for us inside! We would definitely stay here on a return trip."
