"All exceeded our expectations. The setting is like a botanic garden, and the hosts are very gracious in welcoming guests to explore the property. Seating is strategically placed to take advantage of ocean views and solitude amongst the flowers. Beach access is across the street, with accessible beaches within a mile. The proximity to Trinidad and surrounding restaurants made coffee, breakfast, or an evening out simple. The studio itself was cozy and clean, with all of the amenities that we needed, as well as extras such as robes and a fresh package of coffee. Clearly a good deal of care was invested in creating a well-appointed space that would be enjoyed by guests."

"The host was very nice. She wanted to make sure we had what we needed. She had stopped by and had moved things around outside while we were not there. We had moved chairs to an overhang to sit outside in the rain. She moved them back into the rain and came back again to explain why. Although it was not an issue for us the listing says 2bedrooms. It is one bedroom and one bed in the living area. It’s a great location. She has a binder with suggestions and lots of information."

"The property was incredibly clean. The property was beautifully laid out to make it very usable. Kitchenette was perfect size, bathroom with walk-in shower was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. View from the deck to the ocean was incredible."
