"The hotel is in very good place for turist, next to good pub,also 5 min walk to national train station if you need that. Modern building with 10 flors,lifts, bar and restaurant. Profrssional service,warm welcome by personel, sequrity guard on place making our visit unique wonderful. Recomand that place to any one."

"Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The location in Windsor is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The other times I’ve stayed there, I was in the newer annex building. Those rooms are modern and quiet. This time I stayed in the older main building. The view was lovely, but the room had some quirky things about it. Firstly, the floor boards creaked a lot. When my neighbours walked around, I could hear their floor boards too. They seemed to be awake a lot during the night, waking me up. I could also hear them talking. The room didn’t have a small refrigerator, which I missed. I tried sleeping with the windows open but the noise from outside was disruptive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional but a small stand would have been a good addition to put toiletries on. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again, but not in the main building."

"The hotel in general was run down and dirty but the room was slightly better than the common areas. WiFi was almost unusable as it kept disconnecting every few minutes."

"While the actual hotel stay was good it was disappointing that the property was unable to be flexible with a booking error, while it was my mistake booking the wrong dates when I tried to correct this within 24h the property was unwilling to re-schedule or cancel the booking made in error leaving me with a 2nd booking was unable to use."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from city buzz."
