"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was a real highlight - plentiful, delicious, and full of variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return."
