"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...
"Clean , modern, equipped with all essential things for stay ,easy access to property and back to main road. Quiet peacefull place opposite mountain. "Happy with booking in, helpful front of house staff. Our room was spacious and a good sized bed. Bathroom was fine but the balconies were tiny, could not use other than to let the air in.

"This hotel is a very short walk from Lake Bled, but is set back from the main road so that it's quiet. It has a large free parking area in front. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful - outstanding! Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed. Breakfast included everything to start the day well. Lake-side cafes and restaurants are nearby. It's easy to rent bikes and go for a ride around Lake Bled in under and hour. We'd love to go back to this hotel anytime."
