This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. "The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"Clean , modern, equipped with all essential things for stay ,easy access to property and back to main road. Quiet peacefull place opposite mountain. The washing machine will be one more big star for this property. (Not essential option for short stay). You will see that been done big job for guest's comfort. 5 star. Recomended."
"The view from this apartment is the most beautiful thing, even if it was cold out. Great spot, roomy, great communication with host. The only cabit is there are a lot of stairs so not recommendes with a lot of luggage or with people who have an issue with stairs. We happened to have both but made it work. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"Really enjoyed access to aquatic centre on ground floor. Stunning view of Lake from balcony. Ordered room service the first night and it was sensational. Location is good for walking around the lake but slightly tricky if you need to return to the bus station with heavy luggage. Our experience with taxis in Bled was they were hard to find and unreliable. Was left stranded a couple of times and had to walk. Overall though, highly recommend."
