Alex was so kind and helpful. The property was modern, clean, and in a walkable location to shops and restaurants. It also had laundry facilities which was so helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay before our cruise and was walkable to the port.

Alex, one of the owners took his time explaining the property and where to go around the city. He is very friendly and speaks English very well. The rooms are all lined with sound proofing panels and everything you need to know is posted on the walls in English, German and a few other languages. The apartment is very conveniently located near train and bus station in one direction and the Grand Canal and pedestrian zones are a couple of short blocks in the other direction. The castle is about 15 minutes away on foot, through the pedestrian zone. Just be sure to communicate with the owners how to check in and when to meet them at the apartment building. We walked around the block several times before realizing we were looking for an apartment building door, with a VERY small label Orienti next to the door. Our navigation systems weren’t much help. Ring the doorbell marked Orienti. Alex suggested booking through Bookings instead of Expedia because it is easier for him to message you.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi è piaciuta tanto. È evidente che sia stata progettata pensando ai bisogni dei viaggiatori: non ha davvero nulla da invidiare a un hotel! Ho apprezzato l'attenzione ai dettagli, come le tantissime targhette informative, discrete e utilissime, pronte a rispondere a ogni domanda e a offrire consigli preziosi. La mia stanza (la Deluxe con bagno privato) era dotata di scrivania, un armadio con specchio a tutta parete (comodissimo), doppie tende (sia filtranti che oscuranti), prese posizionate strategicamente ovunque e interruttori della luce comodamente accanto al letto. L'aria condizionata è silenziosissima (si può spegnere il LED sullo split dal telecomando se di notte volete buio assoluto). Il bagno era moderno, con uno specchio touch bluetooth dalle luci personalizzabili e un'ampia doccia con vari getti. Ho adorato gli asciugamani: morbidissimi e super assorbenti! Anche la zona cucina condivisa è nuovissima e super attrezzata, con un grande frigorifero, due piani a induzione e persino un depuratore d'acqua. In più, c'è la macchina del caffè con capsule offerte gratuitamente: un pensiero davvero gentile. Ben pulizia e posizione strategica: a due passi dal centro e proprio sopra un supermercato. Infine, Alex è stato un host eccezionale! Nonostante il nostro arrivo tardo, ci ha accolto con un gran sorriso e ci ha dato davvero tantissime informazioni utili. Lo ringrazio sinceramente per la sua disponibilità!

Stanza grande e confortevole, ben isolata, con condizionatori, tv, phon. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Da migliorare un po’ la pulizia ( comunque buona) e la cura dei dettagli ( mancava la presa tv, la doccia non chiudeva bene la tenda e mancavano tazze per poter usare il bollitore).
