Looks nothing like the pictures. Definitely could use some updates and deep cleaning…. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Airport pickup was expensive and ended up waiting around and coordinating with the person even though I went to the designated spot they gave. Not a horrible stay but for what they advertise it doesn’t match up.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Room was ready when we checked in and was wonderful. All the staff were very pleasant. Great location but not too crazy. Easy walk to the lake and all the action of the weekend market. Will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourself back in Hanoi.

What stood out about this property was the kind, helpful staff. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed for a few hours, and staff kept in touch and stayed (very) late so we could check in. The gave us a late checkout, and then the owner provided shuttle service (for a nominal fee) to bring us to the airport. ...
