"What a wonderful gem! The accommodation is as lovely as the pictures show. Very clean and spacious and has everything you need including some outdoor space. "It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come back again to reminisce the unforgettable experience we had this time."

"Amazing 4 night stay at Tregenna Castle. Perfect location within easy (but steep) roadway through the castles woodland walk. We paid extra for a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. Large room with comfortable bed. Food was fab… Sunday roast was to die for. 100 % would recommend staying here."

"We spent three nights in this hotel. Free parking for our rental car was a convenience. The hotel is located on a main road in Penzance and there are traffic lights right outside the entrance. As a result, traffic noise was unavoidable. The front office manager Dick also doubled up as the bar tender. He was courteous and helpful. The thing that my family liked the most was the English breakfast. It was sumptuous and delicious. The chefs Yvette and Doreen were very friendly and kind. Our adult son who has autism enjoyed talking to them. They were patient with him. We did not realize that we had to bring our own toiletries until after we had checked in. As there were three of us, one of us had to sleep on the bunk bed. The lower bunk bed was not usable for us due to very low clearance."

"Stayed for two nights over the bank-holiday weekend. Our room was fairly small, but had a great sea view, and we were lucky enough to have a private balcony. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The shower was good, and we weren't disturbed by other guests. Breakfast included a good range of both hot and cold options, although on the hotel was very busy on the weekend we stayed and I think they were struggling to keep up. The dining room was spacious and had great views. We were lucky and managed to get a free parking space right outside the hotel. There is a car park just over the road if not, however it does get very busy. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and the beaches. I would happily stay here again."

"I recently spent four nights at the Lugger Inn (bed and breakfast) and enjoyed my stay very much. My room was lovely, the dining room staff were cheerful and friendly and the breakfasts were great! The Lugger is well situated on the sea front and although the current roadworks required a detour, normally the walk to the station and buses would only have taken me 15 minutes."
