"There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The staff are very friendly, very polite, very professional and no ask is too much for them. We arrived two and a half hours earlier than check-in time, o asked if we could leave our luggage in the luggage room whilst we killed time waiting for the check-in time, only to be told that our room was ready and we're accompanied to it. Check-out day, the same thing, we had a very late flight out and when I asked if it was possible to have the room til we had to catch to water bus, I was told, we could have it for as long as required free of charge. What hotel does this for you? None in my experience. The breakfast was very abundant with everything from tea, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juices, croissants, a variety of different cakes, bread, rolls, yogurt, various cereals and seeds, scrambled eggs, beautifully crisp bacon, fresh whole fruit and cut fruit pieces, various soft cheeses, salami, ham mozzarella and tomato. You would be a very fussy eater of you couldn't find anything here for breakfast. Our room was a little on the tight side but the bed and pillows more than made up for it. I have never slept on mattress or pillow as comfortable. I only wish o had the same at home. It is very close to the vaporetto stop, approximately 50 metres, and central to everywhere.
