"A beautiful well presented boutique hotel in a very convenient location with walking to all major Venetian attractions. Easy to get to using the water taxi from the airport, Elia was a fantastic host with great communication before and during our stay with directions to find the hotel, good local attractions and restaurants. Nothing was to much trouble and the welcome Prosecco and farewell coffee & cake was well received. Thank you to the team at Ninfea and I could not recommend this place...

"This 5 star property checked all the boxes for a lovely stay. The views of the vineyards were surreal. We relaxed by their pool. Their service is excellent and were served wine with views of the vineyards. We are at their Michelin style restaurant. Our room was custom decorated and the bed was comfortable."

"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."

"What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps."

"This is a well-kept and well-run hotel. The rooms are very well designed, clean and modern. The location is VERY close to the train station, you can walk with your luggage and not have to worry about dealing with steps or bridges etc. The breakfast is good (you have to reserve a time which is a little annoying but don't let that take anything away from the hotel) and staff were very helpful! You can store luggage in the hotel lobby as well if outside of a checking/checkout window. Would...

"This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable."

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep. We spent two nights in the property and they never cleaned the room. The shower area is very small that I can’t ever wash my hair comfortable. The safe box is super old and no very reliable. Only few international tv channels, a lot of local channels. Not worthy! I would not recommend the property...

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
