The apartment has large and bright rooms, terraces and windows overlooking the private garden, for your relaxing and peaceful stay. Ideal for families, couples and groups of friends, max 6 people, 5 minutes walk from the center and 200 meters from the train station to reach Venice in 25 minutes, with trains every twenty minutes. Noisy apartment in Treviso

The Apartment is next to a building construction, noisy. The upper floor is occupied by peoples who make a lot noise in the night time. Kitchen is quite poor with dishes etc. The neigbourhood is quite ok. The photograps are showing pictures of garden, but it is not for the customers. Our first time and last time in this apartment.

Es liegt 10 Min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 1/4 Std. mindestens zur Altstadt. Bemühte ältere Vermieter. Einrichtungsmängel: keine Mülleimer, keine Teekanne etc. Sehr kühle Räume, spärlich möbliert. Bad o.k. . Blick in vernachlässigten Garten.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne geräumige und komfortable Wohnung Wir waren Anfang August für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Checkin und Checkout waren sehr unkompliziert. Daniela und Lorenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns für unseren Aufenthalt gute Tips fürs Einkaufen und für Restaurantbesuche gegeben. Auch die Empfehlung, eine Radtour entlang des Flusses Sile zu machen, war sehr wertvoll. Wir haben diese Radtour durch das Naturschutzgebiet entlang des Flusses sehr genossen und z.B. in freier Natur lebende Wasseerschildkröten gesehen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Treviso -das ist eine Reise wert

Die Kommunikation war gut, trotz unterschiedlicher Sprache, sehr reizende nette Gastgeber, die sich beim Einchecken Zeit für uns genommen haben. Eine geräumige Wohnung- sehr angenehm, auch die Bilder an den Wänden! Wegen der Olympischen Sommerspiele haben uns am Abend deutsche TV -Sender mit Sportprogramm gefehlt. Gebrauchsgegenstände in der Küche könnten verbessert / komplettiert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (auch wenn es 'tropische Nächte' /Temperatur! / gab). Hannelore und Dieter aus Deutschland

Ruhige Stadtwohnung

Angenehme, geräumige Wohnung in ruhigem Wohngebiet, keine 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und nur 15 bis 20 Minuten zur Stadtmitte. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, privater Stellplatz. Optimale Lage, um Venedig und Padua einfach mit dem Zug zu besuchen oder eine Tour durch die malerischen Prosecco-Berge zu unternehmen. Auch Treviso selbst lohnt sich zum entspannten Sightseeing und Einkaufen und lockt mit netten Cafés sowie hervorragenden Osterien. Herzlicher Empfang durch die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Diese Wohnung können wir empfehlen!

Perfekte Lage für Stadtbesichtigung

Die Wognung liegt zentral aber ruhig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Venedig und Padua sind bequem mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir haben viele mützlicge Informstionen bekommen, vielen Dank!

Daniela und Lorenzo sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut gelegen.Man braucht ca. 20 min bis ins Zentrum man sollte dieFußgängerunterführung nutzen. Auch die Zugverbindungen sind sehr gut.Man ist schnell und preiswert in Venedig und anderen Städten.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Trévise dans l'appartement de Daniela e Lorenzo. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par Daniela et Lorenzo : nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain, bouteille d'eau au frais et partage de bonnes adresses et astuces... L'appartement est conforme à la description, il est très propre, la literie est confortable et il est vraiment idéalement placé pour les visites de Venice avec le train !! Très bel appartement dans un quartier calme et très agréable de Trévise. Beau balcon et des chambres spacieuses! Parking personnel! Plusieurs commodités aux alentours pour profiter des spécialités italiennes (spaghetti House à tester) ! De nombreux endroits à visiter dont Venise à 25 mn! Propriétaire très avenant et disponible! Assolutamente da consigliare

Abbiamo affittato per una settimana questo alloggio (primo piano) di 100 mq. in una in una palazzina di due piani a sud della stazione centrale, su di una parallela di via san Zeno (zona tranquilla, semiresidenziale), a pochi minuti dal Terraglio, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. È un bijou moderno e confortevole, funzionale, con ottime disposizioni interne. Lo compongono un soggiorno molto ampio formato da una zona pranzo (piuttosto capiente, il tavolo artigianale) e una zona TV, con sofà e poltrona; due grandi camere matrimoniali con parquet, di cui una a sua volta con TV; un cucinino ben accessoriato, con elettrodomestici nuovi, compreso un forno a microonde; un bagno con vasca e doccia. L’appartamento dispone inoltre di un condizionatore nel lungo corridoio e di due balconcini, senza contare il posto auto privato. Alle pareti, molti quadri dipinti con gusto e talento dal locatario, un architetto, che con la moglie Daniela forma una simpaticissima coppia. Si aggiunga che i proprietari sono prodighi di consigli e disponibili per ogni genere di suggerimento, tanto che fin dall’inizio si è instaurato fra noi un ottimo rapporto empatico; siamo stati messi a nostro completo agio. Il tutto ci ha portato a considerare ancor più positivamente la scelta di trascorrere qualche giorno in una città che già in sé brilla per la cucina, il cabernet e il grandioso tiramisù.

Ottima scelta a Treviso

Grande appartamento alle spalle della ferrovia, il centro si raggiunge in un quarto d’ora a piedi in un quartiere curato e sicuro. Le camere sono grandi è L’ arredamento e di buon gusto come la ristrutturazione che ha subito l’immobile. Per il periodo estivo da tener conto che il condizionatore è uno solo collocato nel corridoio. Non manca nulla c’è una bella cucina funzionale un tavolo ( in soggiorno) davvero grande e tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti. A rendere tutto ancor più gradevole il posto auto ad uso esclusivo fronte casa. Insomma a Treviso un’ottima soluzione per chi vuol visitare sia la città che Venezia che è a venti minuti di treno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Appartement propre, grand, clair, fonctionnel et surtout climatisé dans un quartier calme malgré la proximité de la gare. 5 minutes à pied pour la gare, 10/15 pour le centre ville (à visiter). Commerces proches à pied et en voiture. Facilité de stationnement. Idéalement placé pour aller à Venise en train pour 3€50 par personne (de la porte au grand canal 45 minutes) et toute la Vénétie en voiture. Hôtesse radieuse et très attentionnée.
